Golden Asics generates performance in golden leauge class? Not really, but sometimes I wish the reality was that simple. Running is a sport where I estimate 75 percent of the outcome lies in the head. 20 percent the training and 5 percent training gear for a sparetime jogger. During the last week my running has not turned out in a way that satisfies me. I do not like the route because it is to many hills to climb. But today I think I found something good, a new 11 km path with much more water around which is an important factor for me. So that one will be the standard run while training for the upcoming iForm run.
